This has a full microcontroller on it so it seems weird to only use it as an I2C slave. Probably possible to avoid that properly but it isn't worth the effort.ġ. Programming it is easy, though you do have to be aware that above a certain duty cycle (like 97%) you have to just clamp it to 100% otherwise the next zero-crossing interrupt can come before the duty timer which causes flickering. As a dimmer it works flawlessly as far as I can tell.
